Asparagus – The essential nutrients (folic acid) will help you to prevent the recurrence of the spots on the skin. Blend 1 asparagus with 1 – 2 tablespoons of water to make a fine paste. Rub it gently on the affected areas and rinse off with water after 30 minutes. Do it twice daily for best results.

In the same way, you can also apply fresh lemon juice, papaya paste, orange paste, grapefruit, strawberries, and raspberry paste on the affected areas to get rid of these spots.

  • Mix 2 tablespoons each of olive oil and sugar thoroughly to make a scrub paste.
  • Apply it on the black knees and elbows and start scrubbing in circular motions for about 5 minutes.
