Step by Step Procedure:
- Take 2 large carrots and chop it into chunks.
- Then take a ripe banana and cut it into slices.
- Now pour these carrot and banana pieces into a blender.
- Add soya milk, honey and chia seeds to it.
- Blend it on high speed for few seconds until smooth.
- Pour it into a glass and garnish it with honey and a banana slice.
