Papaya Carrot Smoothie

This refreshing and healthy whole food smoothie contains the goodness of papaya and carrots which adds a wholesome amount of antioxidants (vitamin A and vitamin C) and dietary fiber to the smoothie which provides glowing skin, reduces acne, promotes weight loss and improves digestion.   • Carrot chunks – 1 cup
  • Orange – 1 (peeled)
  • Almonds – 4
  • Lime juice – 1 teaspoon

Procedure:

  • Simply toss carrot, orange and papaya pieces in the blender.
  • Then pour almonds, raw honey and fresh lemon juice in it.
