Apple Cider Vinegar Lime SmoothieThe combination of apple cider vinegar and lemon juice in this recipe makes a powerful cleansing drink that helps to cleanse and rejuvenate the body and improve energy. Apple cider vinegar has the capacity to detox the body and cleanse the liver and lymphatic system.

Apple cider vinegar is loaded with minerals such as iron, calcium, magnesium, sodium, copper, phosphorus, manganese, potassium along with probiotics and natural fruit enzymes that have numerous benefits for health.

      I recommend taking a break from drinking apple cider vinegar for a while why because everything that used by the body regularly will perform less. So, I prefer to take a week or two off after drinking ACV for every 3 – 4 months for best results.

        You can use ACV and lime separately to get rid of fatty liver. Here are the ways to use this Apple cider vinegar and lemon for treating fatty liver.

        Apple cider vinegar helps to get rid of the fat that accumulated in and around the liver. ACV also encourages the healthy functioning of the liver and also reduce the pain and inflammation. Add 1 tablespoon of raw ACV and 1/2 teaspoon of honey in 1 glass of lukewarm water. Stir well and drink this twice daily before meals for few months to get rid of fatty liver.

        The vitamin C and antioxidant property of lemon help your liver to produce an enzyme called glutathione, which in turn neutralizes the toxins and detoxifies your liver. It also eases your liver inflammation. Freshly squeeze the juice of 1/2 a lemon in 1 glass of lukewarm water. Stir and drink this 2 – 3 times daily for few months (or) simply prepare lemon detox water by adding 2 – 3 chopped lemons in a jar of water and drink it at regular intervals.

      Apple cider vinegar tastes little bitter but this smoothie is very healthy. For starting 3 – 4 times, you may taste bad but you can easily drink it afterward.

      It depends on your body type, food which you eat and physical exercises. Regular intake of this smoothie along with drinking more water and consuming a healthy diet with some physical exercises and enough sleep will definitely help you to lose your excess weight.     I tried this mixture for the first time this morning with the hopes of helping my digestion become more regular. I honestly thought that it was going to make me throw up just from the smell but it went down really easy in a few chugs and didn’t upset my stomach at all. I will definetly continue to drink this in the mornings.

      It’s always best to drink this smoothie in the morning on an empty stomach (without taking any medications). It is just like water with ACV, lime, and honey but not a solid food that makes you not to eat it without medication. SO, drink it in the morning.

      If you can manage the taste and flavor of this smoothie then you can skip honey. Remember honey also helps to break down the stored fat and gives instant energy along with curbing your appetite. So, prefer to lessen the quantity of honey in your smoothie rather than skipping.

    Can I boil the water and then mix it? I would rather drink it warm. I’ve done this once. I have Ulcerative colitis and I did notice relief in my stomach. However I drank it at night. What do you recommend?

      Yes, you can use lukewarm water and drink it at night before bedtime (1 hour after light dinner).
