You can use this apple cider vinegar both internally and externally.

  • Apple cider vinegar – 2 tablespoons
  • Warm water – 1 glass
What you have to do:
  • Combine raw and unfiltered apple cider vinegar in warm water.

  • Apple cider vinegar – 1 tablespoon

  • Ice cubes

  • Take a few ice cubes and wrap them in a clean cloth.

  • Warm water

  • Pour salt in your bathtub and run warm water over it.

Method – 2: (Salt with Carom Seeds)

Both salt and carom seeds will give a quick relief from this vaginal itching and irritation.

What you need:
  • Sea salt – 1 teaspoon
  • Crushed carom seeds – 1 teaspoon
  • Water – 1 cup
What you have to do:
  • Add sea salt in boiling water and wait for 5 minutes.
  • Now add carom seeds to this water and leave the mix to get cool down till it reaches room temperature.
  • Then apply this mixture on the irritated skin area with the help of cotton ball
  • Leave for a few minutes and rinse the area with water.
  • Continue doing the same process to get relief from the vaginal itching.

Note: Or add a few drops of eucalyptus oil to this mix to rinse your vaginal area. But this method is not recommended for pregnant women and people suffering from central nervous system disorders or high blood pressure.

Remedy – 4: (Yogurt)

The active cultures in plain, unsweetened yogurt will help to stop itching and burning sensation in and around the vagina. These cultures and probiotic content will help to control the spread of infection, kill the yeast and bad bacteria in the body by enhancing the growth of good bacteria.

What you need:
  • Yogurt – 1/2 cup
  • Tampon
What you have to do:
  • Take a tampon and dip it in yogurt for a couple of minutes.

  • Warm water
What you have to do:
  • Pour a few drops of garlic oil in vitamin E oil and dilute it thoroughly.

Method – 2: (Garlic with Turmeric)

What you need:
  • Crushed garlic cloves – 1/2 teaspoon
  • Turmeric – 1/2 teaspoon
What you have to do:
  • Combine crushed garlic cloves and turmeric powder till it forms a paste.

Indian lilac (or neem) acts as an excellent remedy for those people who are suffering from itching or irritation.   • Neem leaves – handful

Method – 2: (Neem Oil)

What you have to do:
  • Pour neem leaves and turmeric powder in a blender and grind them to make a fine paste.

  • Finally, rinse off with cold water and repeat the same process for a few times a week until you get complete relief from itching.

Kefir is a fermented dairy product which is enriched with probiotics that help to maintain the vaginal pH balance and thereby relieves you vaginal itching and irritation.

  • Take raw and unpasteurized honey and spread it on the affected area as a soothing ointment.

Note:

  • Or simply stir 1 – 2 tablespoons of raw and unpasteurized honey in 1 glass of warm water and consume it for twice daily.
  • Or else mix 1 teaspoon each of baking soda and honey to form balls of about half a centimeter in diameter and place it on a plate. Cover these balls with foil and refrigerate them. Finally, place a ball in the vagina once in every morning, afternoon and evening. Leave it to dissolve to get rid of itching.

Remedy – 9: (Cranberry Juice)

Cranberries create a hostile acidic nature that helps to treat vaginal itching and irritation by simply inhibiting the growth of bacteria, yeast and other microbes. Make sure to drink unsweetened cranberry juice to prevent urinary tract and other bladder infections.

What you need:
  • Unsweetened cranberry juice – 2 glasses
What you have to do:
  • Drink unsweetened cranberry juice to boost your immunity and to keep your vaginal area infection free.
  • Continue the intake of 2 glasses of this juice daily till you feel itching and irritation has stopped completely.

Note: If you didn’t find cranberry juice then simply take cranberry tablets after consulting your doctor for proper dosage as per your health condition.

Tips and Precautions:

  1. Boric acid exhibits antifungal, antimicrobial and antiseptic properties that help to reduce the relief from vaginal itching and irritation. So, simply dilute some boric acid in enough water to make a fine solution. Apply it all over the affected area and rinse off with warm water thoroughly after a couple of minutes. Do it once daily for a few weeks.

However there are various treatments and cosmetics available in the market (like laser, dermabrasion and surgical excision), which are quite expensive and painful but the usage of natural remedies will help to fade these tattoos slowly and gradually remove it completely without causing any side effects on the skin.

What you need:

  • Table salt – 1 to 1 ½ tablespoons
  • Abrasive device
  • Tap water

  • Then rinse the area with mild antibacterial soap to make it free from bacteria and other microbes.
  • Now mix table salt in enough water to make a paste and stir well.
  • Apply this salt paste directly on the tattoo area and start scrubbing gently with an abrasive material.
  • Continue scrubbing until you notice the raw skin but don’t worry if you observe any bruised skin after this scrubbing process.
  • Leave it to get dry naturally and then dab some antibiotic cream on the affected area to prevent the risk of getting infection.
  • Dress the area with a sterile bandage and remove it after 3 days.
  • Repeat this salabrasion after 3 days on regular basis to fade the tattoo appearance.

Note:

  • Or simply dip a moist gauze sponge in some salt and use it to scrub all over the tattoo affected skin area for about 20 – 30 minutes or till your skin become red. Finally, rinse the area with water.
  • Also, dip a clean cloth in warm water and clean the tattooed area. Slather 1/2 cup of salt on the area and use this cloth to rub all over the affected skin area until it turn red. Rinse the area with warm water and dab a cotton ball soaked in hydrogen peroxide (antiseptic) to prevent infection. Let it dry and apply some vitamin E oil and wrap a medical gauze.
  • Don’t scrub your skin aggressively and make sure to consult your doctor if you observe any intense pain and redness on the affected skin for proper diagnose to prevent getting infection.

Remedy – 2: (Aloe Vera)

Aloe vera has various therapeutic properties which make it as an excellent remedy for treating various skin, hair and health related issues. We can use it alone or with other things like paederia tomentosa and vitamin E. It soothes the skin and thereby fades away the skin to remove the tattoo.

What you need:

  • Aloe vera juice – 1 to 2 tablespoons
  • Paderina tomentosa – 1 tablespoon
  • Vitamin E capsules – 2 capsules
  • Warm water

What you have to do:

  • Take an enough quantity of fresh aloe vera juice/gel in a bowl.
  • Then mix paederia tomentosa and vitamin E in this aloe vera gel.
  • Stir well till it forms a fine paste and apply it on the tattoo.
  • Massage this mix gently on the skin in circular motions for about 10 minutes.
  • Finally, rinse off the area with warm water and continue this process daily till the tattoo fades away completely.
  • For quick results, repeat the process after shower why because the skin after shower will have enough moisture with open pores.

Remedy – 3: (Grinding Stone and Sand Powder)

After knowing this grinding stone and sand powder, we hope you got an idea that it deals with abrasion. However, some people don’t choose this process why because it erases the unwanted tattoo from the skin in a painful way and thereby leaves your skin weak and thin but only thing is that it removes tattoos at home without making you pay a fortune in parlor.

What you need:

  • Grinding stone
  • Sand
  • Aloe vera gel

What you have to do:

  • Combine some grind sand and grinding stone with enough aloe vera gel.
  • Stir well to make a fine scrub paste and use it to rub on the tattoo skin gently for a few minutes.
  • Rinse off with lukewarm water followed by cool water.

  • Aloe vera gel

  • Water

  • Combine some plain yogurt in aloe vera gel and stir well.

Turmeric acts as an antibiotic that clears the bacterial action on the skin. Almond oil used in this mask has rich content of vitamin E that moisturizes the skin. Sandalwood soothes the irritated skin and chickpea flour will exfoliate the skin to remove the dirt, dead cells, and other impurities. So, this turmeric mask (especially for facial skin) will help you in getting rid of eczema.

What you need:

  • Turmeric powder – 1 teaspoon
  • Sandalwood powder – 1 teaspoon
  • Chickpea flour – 1/2 cup
  • Almond oil

What to do:

  • Mix turmeric powder, sandalwood powder, and chickpea flour by adding enough almond oil in a bowl till they form as a fine paste.
  • Apply this paste on eczema affected skin areas (particularly on the facial skin).
  • Massage gently for a couple of minutes and let it sit for about 7 – 10 minutes.
  • Finally, rinse the area with water.
  • Repeat applying this mask regularly to reduce the eczema flare-ups and to enjoy blemish-free skin.

Note: Or mix 1 teaspoon of turmeric, 1 tablespoon of almond oil, 2 tablespoons of flour in 3 – 4 tablespoons of raw milk. Stir well to make a fine paste. Apply it on the face as a mask and rinse with warm water after 20 minutes.  Do it once or twice daily.

Method – 7: (Turmeric Tea)

In general, the curcumin content in turmeric will get absorbed by the body when taken with black pepper (due to its piperine content). Here we are preparing turmeric tea by adding black pepper to get relief from eczema and also provides you with a better digestion and healthy immune functioning.

What you need:

  • Turmeric powder – 1 teaspoon
  • Black pepper – 1/8 teaspoon
  • Boiling water – 1 cup

What to do:

  • Put turmeric powder and a pinch of black pepper powder in boiling water.
  • Stir well and cover it to steep for about 15 minutes.
  • Drink this turmeric tea daily to get rid of eczema and its symptoms.

Note: Or stir 1 piece each of fresh turmeric root and fresh ginger root (peeled and grated) and 1 tablespoon of raw honey in a bowl and crush them. Heat 1 cup of unsweetened almond milk over medium heat and transfer 2 tablespoons of this milk to turmeric mixture. Cook for a few seconds and sprinkle turmeric and drink this turmeric tea.

Method – 8: (Turmeric with Coconut Oil)

Both coconut oil and turmeric exhibit antibacterial, antimicrobial and anti-inflammatory properties that help you in dealing with eczema. The usage of coconut oil will moisturize the dry skin and heals the skin by reducing itching, flaking, and irritation.

What you need:

  • Turmeric powder – 1 teaspoon
  • Coconut oil – 1 ½ teaspoon

What to do:

  • Mix turmeric powder in melted coconut oil to make a fine paste.
  • Apply this paste directly on the affected skin areas.
  • Leave it for about a few minutes and rinse the area with lukewarm water.
  • Continue doing the same process for several times daily until you get relief from the pain, flaking, and itching.

Method – 9: (Turmeric with Aloe Vera)

The vitamin E rich content of aloe vera helps to moisturize and nourish the skin effectively and thereby soothe the itching, irritated and inflamed dry skin. This combination works well by healing the irritated skin and clears eczema.

What you need:

  • Turmeric powder – 1 teaspoon
  • Aloe vera leaf – 1 small one
  • Vitamin E oil – 4 to 5 drops

What to do:

  • Extract aloe vera gel from an aloe leaf in a small bowl.
  • Then add vitamin E oil and turmeric powder in this aloe gel.
  • Stir well to make a fine paste.
  • Apply this paste to the affected skin areas and leave it for a few minutes to get dried naturally.
  • Finally, rinse off the skin with warm water and continue the same process for twice daily till you get a complete relief from this itching and irritated skin.

Method – 10: (Turmeric Cream with Nutmeg)

Nutmeg helps a lot in reducing the irritation and inflammation associated with eczema. Turmeric cleanses the skin and thereby this combination will help you in getting control over the eczema flare-ups.

What you need:

  • Turmeric powder – 1 ½ teaspoon
  • Nutmeg powder – 1 teaspoon
  • Olive oil – 10 ml

What to do:

  • Add olive oil and turmeric powder in nutmeg and stir well to make a thick paste.
  • Apply this cream on eczema affected skin areas.
  • Let it sit for about 10 – 12 minutes and then rinse off with warm or cold water.
  • You can store this leftover cream for 3 – 4 days and use it regularly to get a cure for eczema.

Method – 11: (Turmeric with Honey)

This combination works well in treating eczema and other skin disorders. Turmeric clears the dead cells and microbes on the skin surface and honey helps to moisturize the dry area and soothes the itching and irritation caused due to eczema.

What you need:

  • Turmeric – 1/8 teaspoon
  • Honey – 1 teaspoon
  • Fresh lemon juice/Almond oil/Raw milk – A few drops

What to do:

  • Mix turmeric powder, almond oil (or lemon juice or milk) and raw honey in a small bowl.
  • Stir well and apply this paste as a mask on the affected skin areas.
  • Let it sit for a few minutes till the paste dried completely on the skin.
  • Finally, rinse the area with water and pat dry the skin gently with a soft towel.
  • Apply moisturizer and repeat the same process regularly until you get relief from eczema flare-ups.

Tips and Precautions:

  1. You can use turmeric in the form of powder, fluid extract or tincture. Also, you can buy turmeric root directly from local or health stores or through online stores.
  2. It is not suggested to use turmeric supplements unless and until if there is no other choice of using turmeric for eczema.
  3. The usage of turmeric as your spice in your daily diet will help to boost the immune system and thereby prevent the microbial action on the skin.
  4. The intake of high dosage of turmeric may result in some serious side effects such as bleeding, diarrhea, gastrointestinal symptoms or contraction of the gallbladder. So, always be conscious while taking turmeric and take required dosage (8 grams per day) as prescribed by your natural doctor.
  5. Breastfeeding or pregnant women and children under 5 years should not use turmeric and its supplements unless and until your physician has prescribed to use.
  6. Make sure to consult your doctor if you didn’t get any relief from this eczema itching and skin flaking for proper diagnose and treatment.
  7. If you’re on certain medications (like blood sugar or gallbladder issues or kidney problems) then must consult your doctor before taking turmeric for eczema, as it boosts the effect of medications and may harm your health.
  8. Stop using turmeric for at least 2 weeks before attending for a surgery why because it exhibits blood thinning effect will interfere with the blood clotting process both during and after the surgery.
  9. Always wear clothes which are free of perfume or dye and prefer to wear soft and breathable cotton clothes.
  10. Regular exercises along with yoga, meditation, and deep breathing exercises will help to enhance your immunity and also keep your stress levels down.
  11. Drink plenty of water and consume a healthy well – balanced diet along with getting a sound sleep to prevent this autoimmune skin disorders.
