- Banana – 1 (peeled and sliced)
- Peanut butter – 1 tablespoon
- Almonds – 6 to 8
- Flax seeds – 1 tablespoon
- Honey – 1 tablespoon
- Oats – 2 tablespoons
- Milk – 2 cups
- Pour sapota and banana pieces in the blender.
