- Honey – 1 tablespoon
- Oats – 2 tablespoons
- Milk – 2 cups
Procedure:
- Pour sapota and banana pieces in the blender.
- Then add flaxseeds, peanut butter, oats, almonds, honey and milk in it.
- Blend all these ingredients at high speed until smooth.
- Transfer this smoothie into your serving glass and have this healthy smoothie to get detox your body and thereby to get rid of the problem.
