  • Wait for few minutes till it cools down.
  • Repeat the same process as needed till you get rid of the infection.

Note:

  • Never ever let this solution enter into your eyes, as it causes irritation and blurredness. Rinse your eyes immediately if it happens, unfortunately.

  1. Drink plenty of water and other fluids like soups, herbal teas, etc. to loosen up the congestion.
  2. Get enough sleep, as the body repairs itself when you’re sleeping properly. But be sure to elevate your head while sleeping to prevent mucous buildup.
