The sweet and refreshing Pineapple Ginger Smoothie is a perfect concoction for supporting digestion. Both pineapple and ginger contain enzymes that help to treat acid reflux, heartburn, nausea and stomach upset. Ginger also helps to treat colds and sore throat.
