- Papaya pieces – 1 cup
- Pineapple chunks – 1 cup
- Cucumber – 1 cup
- Banana – 1 (cut into chunks)
- Honey – 1 tablespoon
- Milk – 1 cup
- Pour chopped spinach, banana slices, and papaya pieces into the blender.
- Then toss cucumber slices, pineapple chunks to it.
- After that, add raw honey and milk to the blender and blend all these ingredients at high speed until smooth.

This healthy and nourishing green smoothie can be modified to suit vegans by simply substituting whole milk with almond milk and leaving out the honey.
