- Fig – 6
- Almonds – 3
- Honey – 1 tablespoon
- Yogurt – ½ cup
- Almond milk – 1 cup
- Toss chopped figs, yogurt and soaked almonds in the blender.
- Then pour raw honey and almond milk to the blender.
- Blend all these ingredients well at high speed until smooth and transfer this smoothie into your serving glass.
