- Cucumber – 1
- Apple – 1
- Ginger – ½ inch
- Chia seeds – 1 tablespoon
- Water – 1 cup
Procedure:
- Peel cucumber and chop cucumber, apple and ginger.
- Toss fresh parsley, apple and cucumber pieces in the blender.
- Then add ginger, chia seeds and water to this blender.
- Blend all these ingredients on high speed until smooth.
