- Orange – 1
- Spinach (Chopped) – 1 cup
- Banana – 1
- Pineapple chunks – 1 cup
- Almond Milk – 1 cup
- Honey – 2 tablespoons
- Yogurt – ½ cup
- Peel orange and banana and cut it into slices.
- Pour chopped spinach, banana slices, and orange into the blender.
- Then toss pineapple chunks, yogurt, honey and unsweetened almond milk into the blender.
- Blend all these ingredients at high speed until smooth.
- Pour it into a glass and consume this smoothie immediately.
