2. Baking Soda

- Mix 1 teaspoon of baking soda with 1/4 cup of warm water.
- Drink the mixture quickly.

3. Epsom Salt

- For added taste, you can mix it with honey.

- Squeeze juice of half lemon to a glass of warm water.
- Dissolve 1 teaspoon of salt in it.
- Drink 3 times a day.
6. Castor Oil
Castor oil is the most effective natural laxative which softens the stools and stimulated bowel movements within few hours.
- Consume 1 dessert spoon of castor oil on an empty stomach.
- For better taste, you can it with apple juice or orange juice.

Process 3: Cinnamon and Honey laxative Tea
- Boil a cup of water and add 1 inch each of ginger and cinnamon.

9. Milk with turmeric
This combination makes an amazing natural laxative to kick out the hard stools that are trapped in the colon.
- Boil cup of milk and add 1/2 teaspoon turmeric to it.
- Simmer for 2 minutes and remove from the flame.
- Let it cool down until lukewarm and add 1 teaspoon ghee to it.
